DULLING AGENT is a water-based product specially formulated to obtain the desired level of opacity when used together with the Touch Up Pigment series.
Add in a ratio of up to 1:1 to the bright Touch Up Pigment series, then stir well to blend before application. It is essential to stir the product very well before use.
